Golf Studio, Bar & Restaurant
From empty shell to a golf studio, bar and restaurant on the high street.
Hospitality-grade finish, delivered end to end.
Our most recent commercial project: the complete fit-out of a high-street unit as a golf simulator studio with a bar and restaurant. We took the space from shell to opening night, managing every trade under one contract.
The front of house is defined by bespoke joinery: painted wall panelling and dado rails, arched openings and glazed screens that divide the dining room from the bar, fitted banquette seating, and a walnut reception desk with a retail display wall. Behind it sit the simulator bays, each acoustically separated and fitted with its own screen, seating and lighting.
The finish is deliberately domestic in quality. The same painters, joiners and decorators who work on our residential projects delivered this one, which is why it reads as a considered interior rather than a standard shop fit.
Take a look around.
A walk through the finished space on opening week: the bar and restaurant, the panelled dining room, the reception and retail wall, and the simulator studio.
